The lease process involves a couple simple requirements of the Lessee:

Review and sign a Master Lease

Sign a Lease Supplement for each unit

Complete a Sales Tax status form
-
Provide lease deposit and first month's lease payment in advance

Provide insurance naming Paragon (PTL or PTS) as "Loss Payee and Additional Insured"

Provide pickup and return delivery to the FOB point listed on the Lease Supplement

Maintain the trailer including all testing and repair costs while in Lessee's possession
